Brake pads Electrostatic Powder Coating Line is used to paint different colors on the brake pads.

Energy Efficiency: This machine utilizes Infrared Heating Technology, which offers a significant energy saving advantage of 30 – 50% when compared to traditional electric heating technology with the same electrical power. In a conventional electric heating tunnel, heat conduction is employed to transfer heat energy to the brake pads. In contrast, the infrared heating tunnel uses thermal radiation in the form of special short and medium infrared waves to transfer energy.

Time Efficiency: It features a rapid heating rate. The temperature can ascend from normal room temperature to 200℃ in just 4 – 5 minutes. In contrast, a traditional electric heating tunnel requires 40 – 60 minutes. This substantial reduction in heating time makes the machine highly time-efficient.

Space Optimization: The infrared heating tunnel is relatively shorter in length compared to traditional electric heating tunnels, leading to space savings. Infrared wave heating technology primarily heats the surface of the products, resulting in minimal internal heating energy. This characteristic not only effectively curtails the heating time and conserves energy but also shortens the length of the tunnel. Additionally, since the products are only surface-heated, it also reduces the cooling time and power consumption in the cooling tunnel.

Brake Pads Intelligent Arrangement Manipulator(FCJ-IAM-T500)

  • This intelligent manipulator is specifically engineered for the tasks of identifying, seizing, sorting, and arranging brake pads within automated production lines. It has found extensive application in the front-end processing of electrostatic powder coating lines. The orientation of the incoming material conveyor belt can be either vertical or parallel to the grinding machine (or sand blasting machine), and this versatility is achievable through the programming of the robot.
  • The deployment of this robotic device obviates the need for a worker to load brake pads, thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency of the powder coating line.
  • Grasping Space Limitation: The maximum grasping space of this robot is restricted to 1100mm.
  • Grasping and Placing Productivity: It can perform at a rate of not less than 55 pieces per minute.
  • Footprint: It occupies an area of approximately 5㎡.
  • Key Attributes: Characterized by high efficiency, low cost, and minimal maintenance requirements.
  • Sensing and Operation Mechanism: It utilizes 3D sensors to amass 3D information about the target, thereby generating a “point cloud” of the target. Based on this acquired point cloud data, 3D algorithms are employed to compute the necessary results using 3D features. This, in turn, directs the robot or governs automation equipment to execute the identification, grabbing, sorting, and arrangement of the corresponding brake pads.
