  • The operating temperature range is from room temperature to 250°C, and in some cases, it can reach up to 350°C, allowing for a wide range of curing processes to be carried out.

  • The temperature uniformity is ≤±5°C (as determined by the highest temperature time-empty box test), ensuring consistent curing conditions throughout the oven chamber and contributing to the quality and uniformity of the final products.

  • The inner structure material consists of either Q235 steel or 304 stainless steel liner, offering durability and resistance to the harsh operating environment within the oven.

  • Circulation Pattern
  • The hot air is blown from the bottom of both sides of the studio, rising vertically upward from the bottom of the trolley. The forced hot air circulation is then evenly returned to the top, ensuring thorough and even heat distribution within the oven.
  • Hot Air Outlet and Volume Control
  • The hot air outlet is located on the bottom plate on both sides of the chamber. The air volume is controlled by a block-type porous regulating plate, which allows for precise adjustment of the air volume in each part of the oven, optimizing the curing process.

  • The return air is facilitated by a multi-hole air equalizing plate on the top of the studio, ensuring efficient air circulation and temperature homogeneity.
  • Blower Fan and Location
  • Multiple high-volume and low-noise centrifugal blowers are used, with the noise level maintained below 65dB. The blowers are strategically located on both sides of the top of the cabinet to ensure effective hot air circulation.

  • The entire oven operation is controlled by a PLC HMI (Programmable Logic Controller Human-Machine Interface), providing an intuitive and user-friendly control system for operators.

  • The main temperature gauge employs 2 sets of program temperature controllers. One set is dedicated to controlling gas heating, while the other controls electric heating. These controllers feature P.I.D parameter self-tuning and come with an RS485 computer communication interface. They are equipped with 2 temperature sensing elements PT100 for accurate temperature measurement and control.
  • Over Temperature Alarm
  • An over temperature alarm module is in place, using 1 set of Yudian AI518 digital display temperature controller. It also has an RS485 computer communication interface and is equipped with 1 temperature sensor pt100 to ensure the safety of the oven operation by alerting operators in case of excessive temperatures.
  • Patrol Instrumentation
  • A 6-channel AI706M inspection instrument is adopted, with an RS485 computer communication interface. It is equipped with 6 K-type thermocouples to provide additional temperature monitoring points within the oven, enhancing the overall temperature control and monitoring capabilities.
