Equipped with Advanced Components: This punch machine is fitted with a Wet Clutch, a hydraulic overland protecting pump, an Auto/Manual lubrication system, a balance system for the slider and upper die, a touch screen, an electronic crankshaft angle indicator, a cam Controller, and a PLC. - Main Transmission and Drive Mode
Main Transmission: The main transmission form utilizes a crankshaft connecting rod structure. The crankshaft is arranged longitudinally, featuring a short fulcrum distance, resulting in a compact and space-efficient design. This configuration ensures efficient power transfer and smooth operation, optimizing the blanking process.
Drive Mode: It operates with a high torque wet clutch. This clutch offers several remarkable advantages. It exhibits low inertia, enabling quick response and smooth starts and stops. - Slider and Overload Protection
Slider Guide Rail: The slider incorporates an extended six-sided guide rail. The lubricating guide rail plate is crafted from a composite material, which offers both high guiding accuracy and excellent wear resistance. This ensures precise movement of the slider, contributing to consistent and accurate blanking operations.
Overload Protection: The slider is equipped with a hydraulic overload protection device. When the load exceeds approximately 10% of the rated tonnage, this device generates an overload unloading alarm, and the slider automatically stops. After an overload occurs, simply moving the slider back to the top dead center by an inch triggers the hydraulic overload device to automatically compensate for pressure. This intelligent protection mechanism safeguards the machine and the workpiece from damage, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
- Machine Body Construction
The machine body is constructed in a box-shaped design, which is welded using steel plates through CO2 gas shielded welding. To enhance its durability and performance, it undergoes tempering to relieve stress.
