Glued Backing Plates
The machine is ingeniously composed of three key parts:

- The heart of the gluing operation, the Adhesive Machine is engineered to apply glue with precision.
- It features 2 gluing rollers, ensuring an even and consistent layer of glue on the brake pad back plates.
- The adhesive speed can be adjusted within the range of 0 – 5 m/min, allowing for customization based on different production requirements.
- With a gluing effective width of 280mm, it can handle a wide variety of brake pad back plates.
- The materials of the glue shaft, a rubber cover, and the chrome – plated bonding shaft work in tandem to provide excellent adhesion properties.
- The transmission power is provided by a speed – regulating motor, which offers smooth and reliable operation.
- The adhesive head, with a power of 1.6KW and dimensions of 1500mm * 800mm * 1100mm, is designed to optimize the glue application process.
